Apartment 1

Apartment 1 is on the first floor of the building. Like Apartment 2, it has a floor area of about 40 square metres divided into separate bedroom, bathroom and a living-dining-kitchen area. It differs from Apartment 2 in that it has a single long balcony, and a larger bedroom and smaller, en-suite bathroom. It also has a four-ring electric stove (Apartment 2 has a two-ring stove). Otherwise, in terms of furnishings and contents they are both the same.

Facilities include: fridge, 4-ring electric hot-plate, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and glassware for 8, double bed and double sofa-bed, bed linen and towels, washing machine, satellite TV (FR/UK), wireless Internet access (no computer).
