Prices range from €325 per week per apartment in the low (winter) season to €475 in the high (summer) season — for payments made by direct deposit to a bank account in France. Australian dollar prices shown in the table are for payments made by direct deposit to an Australian bank account or cheques drawn on an Australian bank.
If necessary, we are able to accept credit card payments in either currency via the PayPal system; however a small surcharge will apply for this facility.
All rentals require the deposit of a Security Bond of A$300 (€200).
Please note our Rental Conditions
We request a minimum booking of $450 (€300) approximately equivalent to three nights in the summer sesaon;
four in spring and autumn seasons; and five in the winter season.
Prices shown are for each apartment in Australian dollars and euros (see sidebar note).

A 5% discount on the total cost is offered for rentals of 19 - 28
nights (three to four weeks).
The price is negotiable for leases greater than 4 weeks.
A 10% discount applies if both apartments are rented by the same tenant for the same period.
